What an answer looks like
You ask: "Who owes me the most right now?"
Ask AI fetches your outstanding receivables and ageing, then answers along these lines: your receivables are ₹21.4 lakh across 38 parties; the top three are Shah Polymers (₹4,82,300, 61 days overdue), Kiran Enterprise (₹3,10,750, 34 days) and Mehta & Sons (₹2,64,000, not due yet), together 49% of what you are owed. Under the answer it names the reports it used: Outstanding and Receivable ageing.
Example with sample data, not a real company.

How it works
- The BizGrip Bridge keeps a copy of your TallyPrime books in the BizGrip cloud, refreshed every couple of minutes.
- When you ask a question, Ask AI picks the right report, such as outstanding, sales trend or stock, and runs it on that copy for the company you are in.
- It writes the answer around those figures and lists the data it used, so you can open the same report and check.
Because the figures come from a report run on your data, Ask AI does not guess numbers. Like any summary, it is worth a look at the report itself before a big decision.
From an answer to a payment reminder
When Ask AI tells you who owes you, you can pick parties from the answer and send each one a reminder. BizGrip opens WhatsApp with the message already written; you check it and press send. Nothing is sent without you. More in outstanding and reminders.
Read-only, one company at a time. Ask AI cannot create or change anything in Tally. It only looks at the company you are asking about. To write the answer, your question and the figures it needs are processed by our AI provider.
