Outstanding, the way you see it in Tally
- Receivables and payables. Every party under Sundry Debtors or Sundry Creditors with a balance, which you can search and sort.
- Bill-wise outstanding. For a party: each pending bill with its date, reference, due amount and overdue amount.
- The ledger. Every voucher for the party, and a Tally-style ledger account PDF to send them on WhatsApp or email.
Ask who to chase first
Instead of reading through the list, ask Ask AI: "Who owes me the most?", "Which parties are more than 60 days overdue?" or "How much did we collect this month?". The answer comes from your receivables and ageing in Tally, with the amounts and the days overdue.
Reminders you send yourself
- From Ask AI's answer about who owes you, open the reminders.
- Tick the parties you want to remind. You see the message for each before anything is sent.
- Tap a party: BizGrip opens WhatsApp with the reminder filled in and signed with your business name. You press send.
BizGrip does not send automatic or scheduled reminders, and it never messages a customer without you pressing send.
Questions about outstanding and reminders
How do I see Tally outstanding on my mobile?
With BizGrip, your TallyPrime receivables and payables are on your phone. Open receivables to see every party with a balance, open a party to see bill-wise outstanding with due and overdue amounts, or ask Ask AI "Who owes me the most?".
Can BizGrip send payment reminders on WhatsApp?
Yes, with you in control. From an Ask AI answer about who owes you, pick the parties and BizGrip opens WhatsApp with each reminder already written. You check it and press send. BizGrip never sends a message on its own.
Are reminders sent automatically?
No. BizGrip does not send automatic or scheduled reminders. Each message goes out only when you press send in WhatsApp.
Can I send a customer their ledger statement?
Yes. Open the party ledger, and BizGrip makes a Tally-style ledger account PDF that you can share on WhatsApp or email.
Is the outstanding up to date?
It is as fresh as the last sync from your Tally, which happens every couple of minutes while the office PC and TallyPrime are running.
